Self-talking can be positive like “I can do it, I will do it” or it can be negative like “I can not do this, I am unable to do this”. The mind has a huge effect on our actions. There is a quote: “You can't win if you are losing in your mind”.

Getting out of our comfort zone and creating new habits are the most difficult for most of us yet they both are the most important thing in the beginning of developing a growth mindset.

Although it is a bit harder to ask for help from others but it is necessary to ask people to give you feedback about your behaviour and progress. But make sure that those people care for you.

Research shows that if you act as if you were competent and confident in an area, will eventually lead to improved competence and confidence. So yeah fake it till you make it.

I found these tips quite interesting and helpful for developing a growth mindset. My favourite tips are getting out of my comfort zone and creating new habits, although it is challenging to implement on me but they are the most important ones. I have already started implementing these two tips in my everyday life. If you want to start your journey of developing a growth mindset, you gotta start from “getting out of your comfort zone” tip because when you implement this tip in your life, other tips will follow.
